The biggest question I have on all of this is on "exhibit C" which shows the 20k transfer to william from Thomas Pierson, well Thomas Pierson is not supposed to be dealing with pinks at all, so how is this not already thrown out? Didnt tinymidas or whomever just post something dating on July 17th showing that guy get all his ability to practice law stripped from him and ban him from doing any investing in pinks?
