Since completing a reverse merger Sinewire Networks in March 2005, shares of Lamperd Less Lethal Inc (otcbb: LLLI) have only gone up. The supplier of less-than-lethal weapon systems is up over 30% after hitting another 52-week high of $4.56 in early trading Thursday. Shortly after the reverse, LLLI closed a private placement of 1.5M shares @ $1/shr with 3M warrants exercisable between $1.25-1.40. LLLI has yet to file new financial information since the reverse, so it is unclear whether the Company is generating income to support its current $200M+ marketcap. Shares outstanding: 50,500,000.
