If the Plaintiff bot $40k worth of shares then by the time this lawsuit was filed the pps was @ .0014 and these guys would be further ahead $75k + $40k....I understand a sticky would not do, but at least there should be a link in the iBox so future investors undertsand that there is a suit filed. Also, I'm interested in what Lieberman has to say in his filed response...doing some math $40k @ .0004/share = 100 milion shares...the suit claims the Plaintiffs were getting a better deal of 400milion shares????
