Chad cares about royalties from oil production. Not a a few million dollars from any revenue they could receive from ERHC shares. If ERHC was able to bring a partner to the table that can get the job done, then i think Chad is interested. Trading operatorship and a % of the EEZ seems like a good way to entice a partner. Just my opinion.
