Difference between boards of US and Chinese corporations:

When there is fraud at a US company, the directors normally do not resign. The CEO usually resigns, like at Tenet Healthcare and Vitesse Semiconductor.

However, when there is fraud or allegations of fraud at a Chinese company, often the directors resign. It shows you how weak the directors of Chinese companies really are. The directors are supposed to fire the mgmt if there is fraud, but instead we see the directors resigning like at DGW and CCME.
