It most certainly is not illogical. Scores of companies have a great idea or product and fail to get off the ground due to mismanagement. Do some research on that, you'll find plenty of them.

How in the hell do you know the CEO is selfless and honest? I'll give it to him that he is hard working, we just don't know what he is working towards because he won't tell us.

Even though you are a long, you're going on ignore along with hidey and pockets. You don't listen to what is going on and you are demanding we respect someone who doesn't seem to be reciprocating that to the shareholders.
