I think undervalue has made a formal complaint to the SEC about the proposed R/S and increasing the authorized share count. I doubt anyone can stop the company from doing it anyway...they've blatantly lied to the shareholders before, so what would stop them now?

BTW...did I mention Kenneth Eade (insider) is a shyster?
