I for one am getting very upset, and pretty impatient. I and others like me are about ready to ban together and contact the SEC. We feel like we have been scammed by you, and your company. You put out a PR that said the There was an offer of 20 cents per share to buy out the company, on 4/28/2011. The price of this stock of course runs up, from .027 up to a high of .05. On 4/29/2011 you put out another PR stating that you accepted the LOI, the stock price ranged from .0231 to .032 that day. 5/11/2011 another PR was put out, stating that a closing date of 5/16/2011. Now the stock runs from a low .0235 to a high of .04 cents. Then you decide to extend your closing date! On the next date you of course decided that the offer was not good enough. This in my oppinion and others like me is market manipulation. There is another stock that did pretty much the same thing SFIO

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged three CEOs, their companies, and two penny stock promoters with securities fraud for their roles in various schemes to manipulate the volume and price of microcap stocks and illegally generate stock sales. The schemes featured illicit kickbacks, a bribe to a purported corrupt broker, and the creation of a website to deliver e-mail blasts to potential investors.
The SEC worked closely with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida and the Federal Bureau of Investigation as the separate schemes were uncovered through an FBI undercover operation. The operation was conducted in such a way that no investors suffered harm. The U.S. Attorney's Office today announced criminal charges against the same individuals facing SEC civil charges.
Just in case you didn't know this the SEC has got a new task force for stuff just like this. I and others like me are gonna start hounding the SEC, very soon, about this. Starting today at 4 PM I'm gonna send a copy of this email to the SEC, and everybody I know in this business. Every chatroom, IHUB, TWITTER, FACEBOOK everywhere that I can think of until I get some answers. Have a nice day.

How can you tell me that a stock trading from .0009 to .001 is worth more than a twenty cent per share offer. To me as a share holder, I would take much less than that for my shares right now, and so would most of the people that I know.
