Don't forget, I'm not bearish on HNSS as I hold a very large position. What I am on edge about is the lack of transparency we are seeing lately as well as the buyout offer of .01 not being recommended by the board but still put on the table.

Black should come out and tell us what HNSS management has concluded to be a fair market value for HNSS. We all thought the disclosure was going to be that documentation but we have not seen it yet.
