What could be more clear?

How about HNSS explaining why they don't recommend selling for .01 yet they are going forward with the offer anyway? How about what management thinks they can truly get for the company if it was sold at FMV?

There is a lot they could say that would help clear things up so we, as owners, know exactly what we have and what it should be worth. All this back and forth about "we recommend to sell at .01. Oh, wait, we take that back" is not good for those of us who hold very large positions here.

I still think HNSS needs to inform shareholders of the potential value of the patent(s) they hold as well as the value of HNS Fund Co (and what it has been up to).

The Term Sheet is fine if you want out at .01 (assuming its legit). But, the company says they don't recommend it and that HNSS is worth more than .01 per share. Ok... how much is it worth? HNSS has to tell us this because they have not put out enough information on the company's business for us to determine it ourselves.

That's not asking too much, in order to value a company we need to know all the different facets of its operations.
