Chart for you Homer:

Very low volume makes chart interpretation "iffy"

I still see a weak chart, with strong SUPPORT ( not resistance !!) at .08

There is a weak attempt at a breakout from the red downtrend line, but that's really questionable at this point. But anything is possible in penny land
