Joe, I believe you are trying to make the
Best of a Previously Bad Situation.

This is what the Common Shareholder does
not understand.

If JDG would have tried to enter the QASP Head
Position under different circumstances -AND-
had he done the Exact Same Things you are doing
now, the Common Shareholder of QASP
would be elated.

They would be buying shares like crazy!

The fact is, the PPS is only down because of
the General Sentiment is "Follow Jeff because
he is the Closest Candidate we have to the
Common Shareholder!".

There is an obvious resistance to any plans
You may have at this time from the Commons
simply due to misunderstanding the Long Term
Possibilities.

The previous problems surrounding QASP left
very few options for ANY CEO who was willing
to come in and attempt to Clean House.

I seriously doubt the Commons would have
given QASP $400,000.00 to help "Survive"
the Company.

Where else would one expect to obtain this
amount of "Needed Funds" to clean up this
Mess in a pubically trading Company.

Like it or not, there was an immediate need
for the A/S Increase simply because Dean had
capped out the O/S and there was absolutely
No Head Room.

There was no other option in this matter, if the
Commons want a sliver of Hope here.

Build the Flight School.

Build the Repair.

Build the Company on Realistic Merits and
bring back the "Fantasy Funds" that Dean
so carelessly squandered on Newby, MS and
Others during his term.

Gain Common Shareholder Confidence.

Gain Revenues.

Gain the reputation of a CEO doing the Right
Thing at the Right Time, even while the Common
Shareholder can not see why this could possibly
be the Right Way.

Dean Bradley left QASP as an infected cut.
Jeff D tried to cover it up with a Bandaid.

YOU are ripping off this Bandaid and
Cleaning This Infection with Bactine!!!

As I remember, Kids never liked it when
their Parents did this, but it was for the Best
Over The Long Term!!!

Joe, GOOD LUCK in this mission you took on
and don't expect it to be easy in the beginning.

Once you get over the Hump, it will get easier
to Speak without being Out Spoken~
