I would imagine (or at least hope) that they are smart enough to have the people that need to be in Vegas in Vegas and those that need to stay home for big event at home. Probably only need a couple key representatives to go to Vegas...rest can stay and work on ribbon cutting.

It shouldn't be too difficult to make both events successful.
