Have you tried to contact UBRG. I have gotten the exact information and answers. If you think it a scam sell your stock and quit complaining. The drop in stock value sucks for all of us.

I have spoken with Ali as well as with the auditor. The reason for the delay is unknown but it is indeed the auditors fault. Well I suppose UBRGs as well for choosing the auditor. But that is hindsite and can do nothing about it now.

Buy the way they are not difficult to get in touch with so try calling them yourself or sell your stock.
