IMO...Garjian DOES NOT KNOWINGLY ASSOCIATE HIMSELF WITH SCUMBAGS. It's very puzzling how he got caught in the JR web...along with many others close to the operations. JR personally said that the reactor ran for OVER 5 MONTHS...CONTINUOUSLY! That's a far cry from the 5 DAYS that was testified to the SEC attorney.
