A CD doesnt have a Cost of goods to deal with, rent, payroll, utilities, payroll taxes, insurance etc. Nor does it have a Brand to build, you put money into a CD and it does nothing. I put my money into BRAV and the chance for it to multiply higher than that CD ever could. I dont care at how much your CD was.
My challenge to you is this....you say you could have done much better with the money he has raised from dilution but yet, you are sitting on the sidelines not taking that risk with a business that you say you can start up much better. Id like to see it personally. Ive always been a firm believer in "put up or shut up" let your actions to the talking.
Ive been in the business world myself long enough to know...you must remain fluid in your plans, things always change, even when things are great, you must change. To stay in that "niche" you find, you adapt to the settings around you.

I personally am happy with where we are and where we are going, Ill see you in a year or two and laugh all the way to the bank.
As the saying goes..."Its not how many times you fall, its how many times you get back up"
