I talked with solomon today, and we had a nice long chat about how everything they said in the PR was fact. Also he said that everyone on the team is doing their job well, with the exception of the auditor, Which he accepts responsibility for choosing, and which he regrets deeply. They are compensated in stock, around 1.5 mil for him and vince so they are very motivated to get the financials released. In his own words, he said that they have done a fantastic job growing and positioning the company, and that they are waiting for their report card to show it. (report card = financials) He also expressed frustration at the fact that people think it's a scam when I told him the shareholder sentiment, and he said that's a slap in the face to all the hard work that they have done. Again I said it doesnt mean squat till the financials are out. He touched on the fact that UBRG is a SEC reporting company, something a majority of the PK stocks are not. He also said they will not be releasing any PR's until they are done with the financials. He said if he could he would issue one everyday to keep us informed. But he say the backlash from the June 30th pr and decided nothing till it's out. A point that he repeated over and over again was that the company has significant revenue and that it's sad that the price is .05 when it should be well north of 1.75. I asked him about the other company on which he served on and he said he was a board member and that the two companies have nothing to do with each other. I questioned the frankfurt listing and he said it's all waiting on the financials. He expressed regret at his choice of the auditor but said there was nothing he could do about it now. I wanted to give him a piece of my mind but in all honesty I believe the man. He was very passionate and well informed about all the dealings, and he also is in the same boat as all of us shareholders. If we don't make money, he doesn't make money and he said it sucks because like all of us, he has bills to pay. Overall, I ended the call feeling good. I will most likely pick up another 50,000 shares, but will wait for the price to go a bit lower. This was a long post so if you read it all your a champ.
