BREAKING TVCE UPDATE!!!! After several days/ attempts of tracking down Michael Anthony by phone-- I finally made contact with him! It sounded like he was at an airport & he was in good spirits-- THANK GOD. I asked about TVCE, he apologized and said he couldn't get into details for legal reasons (big surprise, right). I then brought up his old shell DVOP; he perked right up and we talked a few minutes about that (he seemed pretty proud about it). I gradually brought up TVCE again, he laughed and said, "persistent, aren't you. (long pause) It's a coincidence that you're asking about that shell-- if you're a current shareholder you'll be very pleased". I thanked him for his time, he said he enjoyed speaking with me-- a really nice guy!
