Xander, I am back.

I received a reply from Posner (see below) and when you read what he has to say and you reach the end of the message, THE ONLY THING THAT STOPS US FROM GETTING THE BIG MONEY IS THE PREFERRED STOCKHOLDERS.

If someone can prove that those preferred stockholders cannot get the money then we have a WINNER. Someone please find the answer and let's move this stock up right now! I am ready to buy more shares immediately.

I am aware of the corporate structure and the fact that there are two separate bankruptcy proceedings. One involving TSC (TerreStar Corporation) and one involving TerreStar Networks (TSN). I was only speaking of TSN (TerreStar Networks). As for TSC, though I am only tangentially involved in the case to the extent it implicates interests of creditors in the TSN case, my understanding is that the equity will go to the preferred stockholders and the common equity will be wiped out.
