Ann1, he's getting out because the CEO's comment in the PR: "... I ask shareholders -- especially day traders -- to please refrain from obsessively contacting our various staff, suppliers, clients, potential clients, political connections, and potential political relationships with endless queries ..."

I don't get why anyone would leave for this? Do you?
