With Matin you always have to take what is said in press releases with a LARGE grain of salt. In the past he has made statements in press releases where he said he would not dillute shareholders and then in short notice he did exactly the opposite and dilluted the stock. His word is not worth the toilet paper it is written on in my opinion.
