He's easy to find. I recall him being retired now and living outside SF. Read his posts on yahoo board for more info. He has a very strong background in medical/radiology field and I believe he has a close relationship with Dean/IMGG, but that doesn't mean he has any more insight than the rest of us (nor do I believe he's seen the device working either).
