Hey guys, just got in to update myself on all the happenings this morning.

First of all I'd like to say that I am shocked and a little disappointed, was looking forward to new deals within the energy industry.

BUT, I understand (in business) certain stepping stones need to be taken in order to meet your ultimate goal, and this is what I feel FONG is doing. SURG may be a financial vehicle to get to where he needs to go or maybe he wants to use his distributorship connections to get his solar technology to be used in hospitals all over the world (who knows).

I have a few friends in medical industry and I will ask them for their opinions on SURG products. I will also take a visit to their Newport Beach office and do a little snooping around, maybe take pictures for you guys, etc...

I still don't know what to think of SURG (solely) but I do hope the financial reports are strong and make us happy, still holding on for the ride!
