he got his shares the same time as me....he got them at 6 cents, 4 cents and 2.5 cents (the PPM's that were offered)

all the PPM's would have been freed up to sell on the big run up except the 2.5 cents ones....they got freed up in march/april 2010....when stock was trading between 60-70 cents (this is when i sold the rest of mine)

he might haave sold some...but he held majority all the way down
