I think some from here have already tried to communicate with Dahlman Rose and received no response...as expected...and as it should be. We are all also assuming we are still working with Dahlman Rose as Merle can not discuss anything related to them. He can not confirm nor deny anything. Sarissa have NDAs in place with some entities, so we will never get anything from DR. The only thing it will do is annoy them if people here keep emailing DR.
