Quite a bit of new information.

Peter Collorafi has now promised to repay the principle and interest on the $300,000 Henry County Loan by September 15th with financed funding from a project in Alabama.

Henry County has not yet filed to pursue a judgement because of the continuing correspondence with Mr. Collorafi.

There will be a meeting Friday between Dennis Miller of Maumee Valley Planning and Peter Collorafi to verfy the financing is available and review documents.
