There will be no quarterly financial report. Yaacov has decided it was a mistake for him to offer to release them, and I for one agree with him.

The potentially wild swings in valuation for a pinkie make it imprudent to release quarterly financials which might damage loyal stockholders just on a whim of activity caused by misinterpretation.

In this case he has evidently decided to sacrifice and get beat up personally for not delivering on a misguided announcement, rather than possibly damage those who have invested in Identa long term.

He has re-iterated his commitment to raising Identa and it's investors... and I believe him.

That said, the recent activity has allowed me to increase my involvement at a price I am comfortable with. I say so for full disclosure.
