fm got his information from the IR. Why don't you do the same. I believe what fm posted to be true...

"A form 144 was filed to take legend removed stock and deposit it into a brokerage account, that is what people are seeing. If they were selling they would be required to file a form 4 and none have been filed......

A to do about nothing... "

CEO, if you can provide me a link to a form 4..then I will apologize.
