Usually a reverse split results in a big drop after the split. So normally, buying after the dust settles after the split is best. But if they follow the split with major deals, then it could gap up and you'd kind of miss the boat.

Since I think the stock will eventually go way up eventually, I'd get in now...and maybe leave some cash out to buy in more if there is an after RS drop.
