most important line in the PR is part of the first sentance... "We expect widespread, positive publicity from this event" .... the positive publicity isn't going to come from a bunch of politicians standing around eating finger sandwiches and drinking punch... the positive publicity is going to come from the news/announcements that are going to be accompanied by this grand opening IMO
