Wyo.....I'm talking about revenues and earnings larger than $100K, which is what they took in bonuses the prior year. First step before that, however, is enough revenues to cover cash flow....which is apparently happening now.

I agree on your other point, however. Past dilution has played right into the hands of shorters. It doesn't excuse behavior of the kind where non-existent shares are sold, however. That sounds like criminal activity to me, if and when proven. The smoking gun situation in Michigan, where one individual bought up alf of the company shares, only to find millions more subsequently traded.... would appear to be one prominent example.

As for a buyback, I simply disagree. I don't see how this sounds impossible at all.... if the circumstances were right, i.e. revenue spurt coupled with continued low pps. And I believe it would benefit those with the greatest number of shares, i.e. management.
