1. "good money after bad" is your opinion,
2. The ESHC does not control the share price, and try hard not to affect it, any updates are sent outside of market hours often on weekends.
3. As far as taking in the cost before hand, nobody had any idea how long this case would drag out and how litigious it would be.
4. There was never any "money available" for anything.
5. Every dime spent on this process has been or will be disclosed to the court.
6. Our legal fee's exceed 200K, members of the ESHC have personally guaranteed over 120K out of our pockets. (this is already disclosed in court docs)
*note the fee's for the unsecured committee are double ours, and the debtors fee's are 4x ours, the ESHC counsel has done an amazing job of minimizing the costs.
7. The recent shareholder vote incurred significant costs, again picked up by just a few.
8. The old Board of Directors sued our new board in an effort to prevent them from being seated, we had to hire a litigator to help our team, the new board also had to hire separate council to defend themselves.
9. I have had to travel to Utah for court and meetings, all on my own dime and have spent about 10K on flights/hotels with more to come.
*note I am NOT saving any receipts for food/taxi's etc, just flights/hotels (and I am staying at a Days Inn, NOT the Hilton)
10. The judge has recently signed orders for discovery and depositions which will involve travel to CA and OH and maybe FL
11. We have also spent significant money hiring independent experts in geology, mining engineers, mill engineers etc, again all paid for by just a few.
12. This has been a full time job for me with absolutely no pay in addition to incurring the costs combined with not being able to earn a living to support my family in a year, my savings are running low and it would be nice to know some of my future travel expenses are covered.
13. If you don't trust or like what the ESHC has done, don't donate its just that simple.
