I am not sure that the 24th is really all that critical. See below:

In the event that the 1,075 devices are not delivered to Aetrex before July 24, 2011, Aetrex can give us a 10-day demand notice for the return of the Mold Funds and the Production Funds.

I think it's probably more of a good faith type of situation. As long as the company can show that they are close (if that is the case or even necessary) Aetrex could give them more time. it would appear to be the logical thing to do for them any way.

Let's hope that isn't the case and that they did what they said they would do and that revenue is on the way.
