Anybody who hs been involved in ubrg fora long time knows they hve never been on time for any sec filings. It has always seemed liked a pump and dump from day one for me. But I was sucked in by a paid info spot saying UBRG was the "GREEN STOCK OF THE YEAR TO WATCH", and I bought in.Since then it seems as if they have changed direction in a positive direction (at least on paper) by getting into nat gas and oil. All the pr's have kept me invested in it. I sincerely hope all of us long twerm INVESTORS are rewarded for our patience, and realize it is a good thing to shake the tree and ghet rid of daytraders etc. who ruin it for the investors. I would love a posting from each "INVESTOR"about the amount of shares they have and if their in it for the long haul? PLANTGUY 1.4million shares
