How does this complement their core competency?

How does this fit strategically?

Freya made sense.

This is like - Oh, I couldn't make the Freya deal happen, so I will go out and buy something, anything to look like I am doing something.

Unless there is a higher plan here, this makes NO SENSE. What the hell do they know about the medical device business.

The web site for Surgline is pretty pathetic.
