you take what they say at face value. “In light of recent company developments and achievements”, is meaningless fluff.


The more meaningful question, that I was looking at is; what was the company directors purpose for flipping, from R/S to F/S? I believe I provided a plausible explanation in my previous post.

However, If one chose to believe that the company directors that have been planning and orchestrating the events leading up to this week’s break out for over a year simply changed their mind just because, well how nice for such a person.

Stephen Coutts sits on the board of Marquis Tech Holdings, He has and MBA from NYU, and a Phd from Harvard. These people are smart. You have to analytically ask why they have chosen to take the actions and use the words that they do.
