Here is my take. SEO lives in a very corrupt environment so naturally he doesn't trust anyone. When they learned that only biogenic gas was found they commissioned NSAI to check the drilling results. NSAI reported that yes...it was only biogenic gas. Then the company reported definately biogenic gas.

So they have no reason to turn around and report oil prior to further drillings...which would mean that there is no predicament.

Rumors may be fun and a way to pass the day...but I wouldn't put any validity in them. We've been there before.
