yes $20 Million is very possible by end of year july 2012.
just look at everything they have going on for the next year, add it all together.
when ceo stated 8 Million he did not have alot of this on his plate yet.

what is 1% of just the toys on ebay?
i would think plasticstockexchange might even do more then $10 million all by itself over a full 12 months. but it wouldnt be up by aug 1st so alot will depend on the date it starts.
