Okay I'm new to the dispute. Was out for most of the day, but THAT's true.

Also, I think Derby's 'time stamp' zinger carried little force. If you try to place a trade - at least with my broker, TOS - after hours it will just queue it for the next trading day.

But Brian, are you one of these folks that has been holding shares since before the split? I don't know the first thing about what's going on here, but I have gathered - I think - that some of those folks are unable to sell.
