Well I'm skeptical. Based on that posted email by BU Bulldog

"For all of you Brent Fouch people.

Just got an email from Mike:

"No, he is not CFO nor is he related to this company, he resigned in 2009 when the current management took over and started Bionic Cigs. Is there somewhere that still has him listed as an Officer? If so, I need to remove that asap. Please let me know."

Here are some other conversations I got today from him:

"I appreciate your sincerity. Please know that I am sincere in my comments as well. There is no affiliation of the former owners with RFMK now. I took over and put my heart and soul into launching from scratch. We are making true progress and I know we will be successful. The market is not an indication of where we should be valued, but our team will work past this and now that old shares are out of the way from years ago, the only selling would be from the current shareholders. We will work through this to get our value well above where we are. Please encourage positive discussions, so we can push through this and make our shareholders profitable."

They contradict each other. Current management took over in 2009 after Brent Fouch resigned, but domain registration for bioniccigs.com says it is registered under Brent Fouch...
