Don't know where you are getting October from. They've always said in filings that they hope to closer during the third quarter. October is the 4th quarter. I think it's more accurate to say that the merger should close any day between now and October, and for the other question about how high can it go, that will depend on things we won't know until the 8k is filed, mainly how many shares have been bought back by the company. At the current 4 billion shares, I don't see any way we could get passed a whimsical maximum of 4 cents a share. However, if there is a big buyback then all bets are off.
