Bob.....I'm quite sure that they are not happy with the current share price....they have said so in the past, and they are probably the largest shareholders.

Do the math. Cal and Brian own about 14 million shares. If the price suddenly went up to .10, they would add over $1 million to their collective net worths. That's a pretty good incentive. The argument has been made that...."well, they could just take more shares". I doubt it would help their net worth cause much, as we have all seen what continued dilution has caused here....in the past....to the pps.

I take heart in the fact that the O/S has continued to remain the same for about three months....tells me that FASC has probably reached the point of cash from revenues matching the cash outflows. A very important point, in my judgement.

Then again, with projects such as WRAP, USDOE/USDA, HAL, AGES/SDTC, Malaysia, Japan, and others......a low pps may not be all that bad of a thing at present...it may provide some new opporunities, if there are closing of more and, perhaps, bigger deals.
