I dont know how they can short at this PPS. I have two diffreant trading accounts, scottrade does not allow shorting under $5 the other not under $3.
I forget where I read this, But shares held in a cash account May NOT be loaned out to shorts by any Broker, Plz correct Me if i am wrong.
