Your concerns are reasonable. However, when it comes to DDing a company, I would look more deeper into the strategic partnerships the company has under its wings.

I frequently ask myself these questions to make my investment stay long term with LBSR:

1. NAK/HDI came in with $4million to save LBSR's BCSP and BH claims for a REASON.

2. MLV agreed to accept LBSR (a penny stock) as their client and offered to provide strategic financial advisory for a REASON.

3. Ever since the last run to .195 (due to a significant material event - BCSP ZTEM and NAK/HDI alliance). the stock has been in heavy consolidation for more than a year albeit the lawsuit which caused the drop.

4. BSCP and BH ZTEM tells the world a story being next to the great Pebble Deposit.

5. LBSR (JB and JG) PIONEERED the Geotech ZTEM technology and helped them fine tune it. The first ever ZTEM (based on my DD) was done in SE Arizona, many don't know this fact. Now, ZTEM is so popular. LBSR was way ahead of the curve in using ZTEM and created a niche in using Pebble data for its BCSP and BH ZTEM analysis. This shows the sheer expertise of JB and JG - who are leading this company to success.

6. NAK/HDI has spent considerable amount of dollars in exploring BCSP and BH claims - all verified by NAK's filings.

With all this being said, any sane investor would have the logical reasoning of the underlying corporate actions by LBSR and its partners. It leads me to believe in just one thing - LBSR has the GOODS that will be EXTREMELY profitable in the long run! Hence, I consider this as an INVESTMENT.

7. Insiders have not sold a single share for a REASON.

Flippers have their agenda and story everyday. For those who are longs, they know what they own!
