Sorry, but permitting will take a long time, regardless of what longs may try to say to counter. There are several enviro groups that WILL fight it tooth and nail.

And, this financing is not a done deal.

Production ramp-up, if it were ever to occur, would cost 50-100 million or more....so, would require a JV.
