Mighty_Mezz~~I didn't realize that "bashers" being paid was an civil or criminal legal issue. I know that naked shorting is a legal issue and I suppose that I a basher was being paid by a naked shorter then he might be prosecuted for some sort of collusion, conspiracy or being an accessory. Are you saying that you view paid bashers as criminals or are you just not wanting people to see you in that light? You and SEC 10 seem to want to criminalize everything.

In either case, I'm not concerned. I believe that the naked shorts/bashers will get their due once the HQNT/SNDH financials come out.
