king and ERHClongtimer....Please review post #243644. From that WSJ story CPC's 5 year plan is for spending only about $100 million a year on all their projects for exploration and development. Maybe they need a partner in Chari-Ouest 3 to DEVELOP it? Maybe this has been in the works since last fall and the success of the well early this year in block 3 lead to a deal with Chad and CPC?
