Spencer,
The Company has not released any new shares to the market. Shares that were
purchased by shareholders in 2008 were freed up after the restriction period
was over and we believe those have been sold and out of the way now. Any
selling going on now is from the open market shareholders. We are on track
to release financials every quarter now and I do know some shareholders were
disappointed that our revenues weren't higher for 2nd quarter. With the
marketing kicked off and our goal to eliminate dilution, the pps should be
free to climb.

We will update with significant news shortly. We want to see the pps where
it should be as well and will endeavor to do all we can to make it happen.
