Hi Leitrim...

There are still a few things I'm digesting in this update...To your point about the tone being less imminent, I don't think you will be seeing any more days not weeks, weeks not months statements...with all that has been developing behind the scenes, who knows what is brewing or imminent...

Dissecting this information, I find it hard to come to the same conclusions that Reporter has.....he spun it negative as best as he could...here's the negative news....they didn't announce a deal...

On the other hand, the company emerges with an all-hydraulic hydrostat for the smaller vehicle segment that has 500 fewer parts, costs less, is lighter, quieter, smaller, cooler, more efficient has low rpm start up abaility, delivers better mileage than the stock automatic in the EPA comparison and in what may be the more important aspect of that tesing, used 1/2 the fuel of the stock transmission during the "real world" acceleration portions...and now for those of us who actually own shares of the company, we as shareholders now own the patent pending modular transmission created by the ability to turn the hydrostat into a hydro mechanical IVT with the addition of a gear pack that will utilize the pumps and motors from the hydrostat, allowing for use in the SUV, Hummer, truck bus segment...in addition, with the developing accumulator technology, the hydrostat is equippped to add on the bags and plumbing...another plus for the modular adaptability...how does Reporter deduce that all of this will only be applicable to race cars...that was funny...

So far what's negative....oh yeah...they havn't signed a deal yet....the way the EPA tests for mileage appear to heading in a different direction, even by the EPA's own admission..that plays right into the strengths of Torvec technology...I would imagine we will see more data at some point on the hydro-mechanical in a gas version while the diesel strategy remains in place..The oil companies don't appear to be spending $20 billion in Qatar to produce hydrogen....it's for diesel....

So we have the hydro stat, the modular hydro-mechanical, adaptable for accumulators, the iso-torque, the ftv, Darpa, discussions going with OEM's...seems to me that there is more happening than any of us will ever know...

The negative...they havn't signed a deal.......Yet....
