Can someone please tell me how a company with no assets, and an over 300K negative balance sheet buy a 1-5 million revenue producing business? Im serious how do you pull a deal off like that when the stock is less than .02 and do it with minimal dillution? Has the CEO ever answered that question to anyone and care to share?
